Admission Criteria
B.E.
- Passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects
- Minimum 45% aggregate in Physics,Chemistry, Mathematics (40% for SC/ST/OBC)
- Valid score in KCET, COMEDK , JEE or equivalent in the current academic year.
B.Arch
- 10+2 with Mathematics + valid NATA score in the current academic year.
- Minimum 50% aggregate in qualifying examination
M.Tech
- B.E./B.Tech in relevant stream with 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST)
- Valid GATE or PGCET score in the current academic year.
MBA
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)
- Valid KMAT/PGCET score in the current academic year.
MCA
- Bachelor's degree with Mathematics/Statistics/CS
- Minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST)
- Valid KMAT/PGCET score in the current academic year.
Ph.D. / M.Sc.
- Candidates must clear the VTU entrance test, as per the research guidelines.
- Selection through test and interview (VTU/SIT)
- Shortlisted applicants are required to attend a personal interview to assess research aptitude and area of interest.
- A statement of purpose or brief research synopsis is expected during the interview or application stage.
- Full-time scholars can avail research assistantship for a period of 3 years after qualifying in the SIT entrance test.
Undergraduate – B.E
- Passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects
